Sesame Chicken?

Sesame Chicken

Serves 3 – 4

Ingredients
3 whole boneless chicken breasts

Sauce for Sesame Chicken
1/2 cup water – 0g carbs 🙂
1 cube chicken broth (Or 1 cup worth of powder) – NO WATER < 1g
2 TB vinegar – 0g
1 cup sugar (Splenda) – 0g
2 TB dark soy sauce – 0g
2 TB sesame oil – 0g
1 tsp chili paste, or more if desired – 0g
1 clove garlic (I prefer garlic powder) – 0g

2 tablespoons sesame seeds – 0g

My Directions:

Cut up chicken breasts into bite size squares. Mix all sause ingredients in a large bowl. Add chicken to bowl and place in the fridge for about 30 minutes..

Then, just pour it all into a large enough frying pan and bring to a boil. Do not cover. Boil till chicken is fully cooked, then simmer till till the sauce is to the thickness you like.
